Photographs and other images

Instrument and facility photographs remain copyrighted by their respective rights holder. They are not licensed for reuse unless an image-specific record explicitly says otherwise.

Where the copyright holder is known, the preferred notice is © Person Name. If the holder is not yet recorded, that missing attribution does not grant permission to reuse the image.

Logos, trademarks, and third-party material

Logos, trademarks, manufacturer marks, and third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' rights. The MIT code licence does not relicense them.
